  4. When you press the Command key, the label for the Quality slider  changes to Temporal. This setting controls how much detail is stored  in frames between key frames.

  6. If you increase the Temporal setting, the compressor registers the differences between frames more accurately. This increases quality but produces a larger file on disk.
